When the absorber component (9) is heated, a force of gravity circulation of the heat carrier is enacted. A thermo-mechanical probe (7) is controllable by the heat carrier heated at the outlet of the absorber component. The probe controls the ventilation of the housing (1-3) for limiting the temperature of the heat carrier. A rising, preferably air-cooled conduit (10) produces a force of gravity circulation in the collector, and is arranged in a surrounding cool tube. The housing has a cylindrical transparent cover (1), held between a base (2) and a cover (3). A check valve is fitted in the heat carrier circuit.
