Cereals, cereal parts, food, fodder and medical products can be ground by the machine which comprises a feed device working with a controlled emission unit and a grinding roller pair (11,11'). In a grinding stage (1) material is fed out from a feed roller (10) coming from a feed container (3). The material is fed via the feed roller together with a regulating flap (7) on a controlled basis to the one grinding roller (11). Through the feed roller together with the one grinding roller the material is accelerated to the speed of a grinding gap (D) between the grinding roller pair.
