The machine has a stator in a housing with a claw pole rotor on a shaft with a stimulation winding and a transformer with a primary winding (30) in a stator part (32) and a secondary winding (31) in a rotor part (33) that is connected to the shaft. Both stator and rotor parts consist of two components opposing each other in a radial plane that can be brought together, each made up of several plate-shaped lamella with facing collars. The collars are alternately longer and shorter so that they engage within each other to for U-shaped parts that accommodate the primary and secondary windings.
