The arrangement has at least two noninvasive sensors (1,4) that measure a parameter connected with the blood flow or blood flow rate at different positions in the human blood vessel system, held on with bands (5,6). A signal processing unit determines at least two simultaneous blood flows or flow speeds at least 20 times per second from the sensor signals, the harmonic components, and a propagation factor from the phase differences. The harmonic components of the blood pressure and hence the entire blood pressure are derived from these parameters.
