Fastening rails, before mounting on the reinforcing frame, are assembled on a base frame (2) to which a frame-form rubber seal (3) is attached, thereby forming a pre-assembly module (1) which is then attached in the cut-out in the roof and especially in the reinforcing frame. The front transverse (22) and both side members (23,24) of the base frame are manufactured in one piece, and the two free side ends of the U-form frame section (4) are rigidly connected to a separately manufactured rear transverse member (5) of another cross sectional shape.
