Between the action surface and the outside of the sunflower field (1), an all-round sunflower protective wall (2) of at least five meters wide remains which is penetrated by an entry and exit area (5). The cut-away sunflowers are reduced in size by rolling and are rolled onto the field surface in the entry and exit areas forming a comparatively reistant locating surface. The action surface is formed by a platform area (3) surrounded by a cordon of sunflowers. The sunflowers are planted in a field measuring 100 m x 100 m.
