The drum shaft (14) is rotated on a baseplate (18) parallel to the drum plate (28) by a shaft-fixed switching plate (16) and notching bolts etc (64) adjoining the baseplate (18) are matched by counterparts (64) on the baseplate itself. A spiral spring (42) is joined at a fixed point (44) at one end of the drum plate (28). The bolt (64) counterpart consists of a rocker (6) whose one arm is run by spring (F) onto a switching mechanism (68), as opposed to arm (59) which works with the corresponding notching bolt (64). The switching plate (16) also has a notching element (54) for a switching element (46) between plate (16) and rocker (60). The element (54) presents a shoulder at one end for the switching element as plunger (46) and at the far end reaches into the rocker (60) arm (58) path by a height-adjustable slide (52).
