Such wave-drier hair driers are with a long two- or multi-finger hair drier attachment (1) able to rotate freely about its axis. Its rotating vane grips (2) on the plug-on end of the drier attachment possess rear-side air suction openings. A compressor-turbine (5) in the fan part increases the outlet speed of the warm air with the brushing against the air outlet openings of the rotating vane grips and thus the catching of external air. The drier finger attachment possesses longitudinal slots (11) which concentrate the emerging warm air preferably onto sharply bent hair tufts or the drier finger attachment consists of two elongated half shells 912) through which long straight hairs are drawn for drying.
