The pump has a housing (2) with seal (5,6) between housing and bearing flange (4), and a leakage track (13) between pressure side (11) and intake side (12). The leakage track extends on the inside of the seal, the medium side, and extends at least partially parallel to the seal. The seal is fitted into a groove (8,9), which in parts is wider than the seal, so that the wider parts form the leakage track. Both groove and seal are ring-shaped.
