Complexes of a conjugated organic polymer (I) with several ionic groups as side chains and ionic surfactant molecule (II) with the opposite charge are claimed. An Independent claim is also included for the preparation of the complexes by bringing an aqueous (I) solution into contact with an aqueous (II) solution and recovering the resultant precipitate.
