The prodn. method is carried out so that the actual size of a group of a predetermined number of stones for a position of the wall is determined. With which the group is conveyed on a conveyor unit up to the further processing in the wall panel. So that during the delivery time, the respective size of at least one completing cut stone is computed. The at least one cut stone to be cut is supplied to the group, in the event that the determined actual size of the group, lies outside a determined tolerance range of the desired size of the length of the wall panel. With which the group of stones for the building of a position of a wall panel is removed.
