A high performance concrete, based on compact aggregate mixtures with optimized difference between bulk density and compacted density, is new. An Independent claim is also included for compact mineral mixtures for producing bonded and non-bonded construction bodies. Preferred Features: The optimized difference between bulk density and compacted density may also be applied to concrete additives and hydraulic binders, especially cement.
