A connecting lead for active loudspeaker systems has the current supply conducted in bipolar fashion and the signal conducted symmetrically. The wires for the current supply are provided doubly. To the signal conducting wires is assigned each a positive (+) and a negative (-) wire. The reference potential for the current supply and the reference potential for the signal are led in a separate wire for each.
