Back and shoulder trainer to remove spinal pains

The trainer consists of a mainly rectangular rigid back plate (1) with padding on the front. The plate is fastened to the back of the user via adjustable shoulder straps (2) and a horizontal adjustable lap belt (3). A ball bearing (4) is fastened to the back of the plate in the area of the upper thoracic vertebra and carries a central approx. 80cm long cross bar (5). The bar is fastened to both upper arms via adjustable collars (6).
