The method comprises filling of the primary crown with fluid adhesive and placing of the primary crown on a holder (12). The connection between the primary crown and holder is then released by warming. The instrument has a grip (11) and insertion point (15) with an uneven top surface and a threaded section (16). A force measurement device (13) is enclosed inside the instrument to measure the force applied on removal of the primary crown.
