The rail profile (2) has an inner chamber and an assembly plate (6) is fixed on same and connected to an assembly connector (5). The rail profile has in the connector area a detent catch (4) in the region of the front side facing the glass pane whereby the rail profile and connector can be pushed from the side remote from the glass pane onto the assembly plate (6) on the post profile (1). The detent catch (4) can run from the upper edge to the lower edge of the rail profile. The assembly plate and connector are tensioned against each other by a pin (8) engaging in a recess formed by the plate and connector.
