The underwater training apparatus comprises a container (3) filled with a handling fluid and a coverage unit (2) for filtering or temperature control of the fluid, with exercise equipment. The coverage unit has a control unit (16) which measures the parameters in the fluid in continual or time gap modes, e.g. fluid and body temperature, exercise time, pulse frequency of the user. A pump moves the fluid continually between the container and coverage unit.
