On a normal toilet bowl (9) a shell-shaped urinal basin (5) can be located. The basin with its edge area (6) fits on the toilet seat (13). The urinal basin together with its edge area is pivotable around a horizontal axis running parallel to the rear edge (8) of the toilet bowl. The urinal basin is connected via hose connections (1,3) to a water supply (12) and to an evacuation conduit (10). In the hose connection to the evacuation conduit a siphon (11) is installed. The urinal basin can be pivoted upwards around the horizontal axis (7) through up to 120 degrees.
