Preparation of perovskites with homogeneously distributed additives, is by mixing a hot aqueous group IIa element hydroxide suspension with an organic group IVb element alkoxide and additive solution. Preparation of ABO3 perovskites with homogeneously distributed additives comprises heating an aqueous suspension of a group IIa element hydroxide A(OH)2 to 60-80 deg C, stirring in a homogeneous organic solution containing group IVb element alkoxide B(OR)4 and additive, heating and stirring for several hours, filtering, repeatedly washing with water and drying.
