The pin (2) forms an integral part of a component (1). It is provided with at least one cutout which allows parts of the pin head (3) to be pressed together. An Independent claim is included for a method for producing such a pin. It is characterized by the fact that the pin is injection molded onto the component (1) to form an integral part of the latter.
