Bone-marrow nail has internally threaded angled bore hole, tension-bolt guided in externally threaded compression sleeve and compression bolt

A bone-marrow nail (10) has a hole in sloping in relation to its axis. A tension bolt (20) is guided in a compression sleeve (30) inserted into the angled bore-hole in the bone-marrow nail. The compression sleeve is axially supported by means of an external thread (32). A compression bolt is supported in the sleeve and pulls the tension bolt into the compression sleeve. The angled bore-hole has an internal thread into which is screwed the external thread of the compression sleeve.
