The side section(5) of the gullwing door is connected to the vehicle by a parallel linkage(14) which is selected in such a way that in the course of an adjusting movement between an open position(A) and closed position(B) of the doors(1) an angle( alpha ) formed between the side section and roof section(3) decreases and then increases. One link(15) of the parallel link arrangement is formed by the roof section of the doors. The angle in the closed position is at least the same size as in the open position of the doors.
