Permanent way with vacuum concrete on part of its surface, with sleepers/track grid vibrated into fresh concrete and pore fluid sucked from concrete after this process

At least parts of the top surface of the permanent way are of vacuum concrete. Track grids or sleepers (4) are vibrated into fresh concrete (1), and after this, the ground plate or parts of it, is solidified near the sleepers by using a vacuum process, which sucks pore fluid from the concrete. The permanent way is constructed in several stages. A suction surface (2) with openings for sleepers is placed on the fresh concrete of aground plate, sleepers and/or track grid are vibrated in place, pore fluid is sucked out, the suction surface is raised and the laying/vibrating appliance (5) is moved.
