Dynamic key generation and secure key exchange method for protected data communication in digital communication network uses one-time-pad principle for dynamic generation of symmetrical keys
The key generation and secure key exchange method has an identical random number entered in a buffer memory at the transmission and reception side, before indexing the random number at the transmission end into a defined position and entering a new random number into the available space provided by shifting the first random number. The new number is combined with the number previously displaced from the buffer memory and transmitted for combining with the number displaced from the buffer memory at the reception side and the result is entered in the buffer memory after indexing in correspondence with the buffer memory at the transmission side. An Independent claim for a data encoding and decoding device is also included.
