A suitably-sized, non-permeable plastic band (22) is fitted with central air connections (25) for each section. On each section a cut-out blank (23) of non-permeable support material is laid. This is covered with a perforated band (21). The bands (21, 22) are welded together around the blank. Preferred features: Distribution and/or diameter of perforations is individually matched to desired air flowrate and distribution. Distribution and diameter is the same in each band section, but differs in continuous bands. Following welding, the bands sections (21, 22) are separated centrally, in the welded edges.
