The frame has a vertical main bar (1) and a horizontal pivot arm fastened to it, with the appliance e.g. a boxing glove (7,8), at the other arm end. Fastened to the main bar is a device to limit the rotary movement of the arm past a set point, and a stopper (12) with locking parts for detachable locking of the arm to the device. The arm has a bar (5,6), which is fitted into a semi-shell (13) of the movement limitation device. The main bar is fastened to floor and ceiling of a room.
