Stable ginger extract preparations (A) contain (as well as the ginger extract) at least one stabilizing galenic auxiliary (I) selected from oils, semi-solid triglycerides, fatty acids and fatty alcohols. Independent claims are included for: (i) the production of (A); and (ii) galenic preparations containing (A) plus further galenic auxiliaries.
