The heat exchanger has a bundle (3) of parallel, flat tubes for a first heat exchanger fluid, whose ends are accommodated in collection containers and intermediate spaces between the tubes for a second heat exchanger fluid. A second bundle (2) of flat parallel tubes for the second fluid contains tubes at an acute angle to the first tubes protruding into the gaps, interconnected by a tube connection outside the profile of the first tubes with openings (8,9) for feed and return of the second fluid.
