Molded products from cellulose materials uses a structured material mass of paper and vegetable fibers without bonding agents with accurate dosing into the molds according to the volume of water being extracted
To form products from a mass with a cellulose content, the material is a suspension of water with paper fibers and/or materials with a paper fiber content and/or plant cuttings and/or wood, to be placed in a mold where the water is extracted and the molding is dried. The material mass contains 80-95 wt% added water and the remaining solid matter is 10-40 wt% paper fibers and 60-90 wt% ground vegetable particles. The material mass is fed in a charge of an accurate dose according to the molding after water extraction, and is evenly distributed in the mold. The die is moved into the mold for passages and walls, and a counter die is applied with a pressure of 500-2000 kPa for water extraction. The shaped material is removed from the mold, and is dried in a hot air flow at 30-60 deg C. The material mass can be 90 wt% added water and the solid matter is 10-40 wt% used paper and 60-90 wt% of finely ground straw, reed and/or vegetable fibers. Filling material can be added to the suspension shortly before filling the mold, using straw or reed chaff, vegetable fibers, etc. The material mass is poured in dosed charges into additional containers to be filled on a time scale from a continuous material flow. Each mold is filled from one or more of the additional containers with a distribution according to the material cross section of the products being molded. The drying stage is in a tunnel, where the molding are carried through and are blown with hot air at 30-60 deg C.
