Plastic bag manufacturing and filling process in which the sealing bars and stripping tools move vertically downwards together and after sealing both move back to the starting point

For forming a transverse welded seam film is drawn from a roll, the sealing bars(6,7) are closed to specific gap and stripper tools(13,14) below the sealing bars clamp the film tube. A common vertical movement of the sealing bars and stripper plates removes particles from the sealing area and the sealing bars then move horizontally to effect a seal. After sealing both sealing bars and stripper tools open and move upwards to the initial position. An Independent claim is made for equipment for producing a tubular pouch in which sealing bars(6,7) on upper guide tracks(10) are moved towards each other until the stripping tools(13,14) met the film. At the end of the upper guides gravity causes the sealing bars to switch onto lower guide tracks(11) for a return stroke in which the bars are raised again to the starting point via additional guide tracks(15,16).
