PET-based cleaning fluid storage bottle manufacture by forming a conventional bottle with neck, reconditioning and bending the neck off at an angle to the bottle axis

A bottle is molded with an axis(7) of the bottle neck(2) running along the principal bottle axis(8). The bottle is then reconditioned in a shoulder area(5) between bottle body(6) and neck and a bending zone created along part of the bottle circumference in the shoulder area. The shoulder is then bent until the neck axis forms an angle( alpha ) to the main bottle axis and the bottle cooled to a temperature at which the new neck angle is retained. An Independent claim is made for a bottle made from a modified or non-modified polyethyleneterephthalate(PET) or similar polymer and having a neck(2) with an axis at an angle to the main bottle axis(8).
