The method involves automatically searching the locally generated data file for outstanding characters and/or character sequences; transforming the outstanding characters into other characters and/or sequences according to predefined parameters; combining the transformed characters and/or sequences with to form new (alternative) data files; comparing the original and alternative data files with data in a connected database; and outputting the coinciding data to the local machine.
