The sonotrode (4) includes resiliently-opening slot(s). Slot (1) and mounting (2) are forced open by a screw (5), to introduce the tip (3). Once the tip is inserted, the screw is completely removed, allowing slot and mounting to grip the tip firmly, for operation.
