The slatted Roman blind has a number of pulley-tapes (11) and spaced apart slats (6-10) with front air-deflector pieces (18,19). The incidence of light can be altered by swiveling the slats by means of a turning tape. The air-deflector slats on the top and or bottom edge (20,21) of the window (3) provide regular exchange of air between the building facade elements (2,4).
