The blank for packaging a row of bottles has a central section (1) with a row of circular openings (2) which are threaded over the necks of the bottles. This is connected on either side to two smaller sections (5) which have cut-outs (6) in the shape of a section of a circle. These cut-outs are larger than a semi-circle and have tabs (7). The sections on each side are folded up so that they overlap and form smaller circular openings.
