A coating material system containing (a) solid (in)organic white, black or color pigment(s) and (in)organic fillers and (b) binder(s), in which the components can be dispersed in water with an energy input of less than 150 J/cm3 (total volume of components plus water) to give a dispersion with a particle size of less than 60 microns (ISO 1524:1983).
