The safety binding system for a jump ski (1) has a tension device (5) holding the sole (6) of a ski boot (2) in the front foot area (3) against longitudinal forces and against cross forces below a release value. A guide stirrup arrangement (8) guides a spur extension (7) of the ski boot in the heel area (4) in a vertical middle longitudinal plane of the jump ski along an arc, which limits the maximum angle position of the ski boot sole in relation to the upper side of the ski. The guide stirrup arrangement is provided with stop devices (14), particularly for the spur extension, which limit the minimal angle position of the ski boot sole in relation to the upper side of the jump ski. The spur extension is formed pin-fashion and engages in a longitudinal slot of the guide stirrup arrangement.
