The corrugated tube has two regions (102,104) or vanes when viewed in cross-section, which lie opposite each other in the plane (110) of an axial section, so that one region (104) can close the other region (102) in the longitudinal direction by partially enclosing it. The first region is connected to the other region by a connecting section (106). An Independent claim is also included for an extrusion nozzle for producing corrugated tube.
