The building has several honeycomb modules with ground plans shaped as regular polygons, preferably hexagons, which are connected together. Satellite modules (2) are arranged about a central module (4), where the satellite modules each share one wall with the central module. At least one module has at least two floors. The central module has at least two floors and contains a staircase, to reach upper floors of the satellite modules.
