The coupling device has an antenna foot (1) provided on its underside with a coupling surface (11) and an adhesive surface (17) for application to one side of an automobile windscreen panel (7'), provided with an antenna coupling (5), similarly having a coupling surface (31) and an adhesive surface (27), on its opposite side, so that the windscreen dielectric lies between the aligned coupling surfaces. An Independent claim for an antenna provided with a coupling device is also included.
