Contact rails are made longer in comparison with effective coil length to form electric contact surfaces between parts of reel in such a way that effective contact surfaces are enlarged. The pulse current, between the effective region of the reel and at least one of the contact pairs of rails, is inductively coupled with a multi-turn coil so that the components of the reel need not be disassembled when opening the reel.
