The bearing housing (1), to take the roller bearings for a spindle at a textile machine, has at least three axial laying points (3) at the connecting side of the housing edge. At least three radial laying points (5) are at the bearing bushes (9) on the plane in front of the stabilizing members (8) on the connecting side (11). The circle described round the radial laying points (5) matches the clear diameter of the spindle holder (2). The axial laying points (3) are equidistant, as knobs with a circular cross section, and with a defined cut laying surface for a specific contact with the spindle holder (2) at its free end, or the free ends of the knobs have been shaped without cutting to give a rounded surface for a point contact. The radial laying points (5) are formed as partial extensions of the stabilizers (8), with conical surfaces (6) which are not parallel tapering towards the connecting side (11). The described circle round the conical tapering surfaces (6) of the radial laying points (5) is slightly larger than the clear diameter of the spindle holder (2). The conical tapering surfaces (6) have a rounded convex shape. A dividing wall within the bearing bush divides it into two bearing seats, as a component of the one-piece bearing housing. The dividing wall is linked to lubrication feed and take-off channels, and has a recess to hold lubricant with openings to both bearing seats. The dividing wall has sealing surfaces for the inner bearing ring of the roller bearing. The one-piece bearing housing is of a molded plastics material, or an injection molded or die cast metal. The channels to deliver and extract the lubricant have an increasing diameter from the outer periphery of the bearing housing to the interior of the lubricant store, with throttle points.
