A process object (32) acquires and stores information on a child management objective instance included in parent management objective instance based on obtained component information. The acquired information is returned to parent management objective instance which in turn returns it to manager (1). The component information regarding parent management objective instance in the network is inquired from the manager (1) in response to a demand. An Independent claim is also included for network configuration management objective access system.
