The system includes a switched current supply device (6) which controls a current to the electromagnetic coil (20), an output current detection device (7), and a current value calculation device which calculates a required current based on a given motor speed and a given fuel injection amount. A pulse-width modulation device (5) outputs a pulse signal to the current supply device with a corresponding pulse width. The system includes a current supply device (6) which is switched by an external signal to control a current to the electromagnetic coil (20), and an output current detection device (7) to output a signal in dependence on supplied current. A current value calculation device calculates a current to be supplied based on a given motor speed and a given fuel injection amount. A control signal output device calculates a pulse width ratio of a signal to a predetermined, repeating period according to the calculated current value, a voltage of the coil, and individual difference data as parameters, and outputs a predetermined digital signal in dependence on the calculation. A direct current device (3) converts the output signal of the control signal output device to a direct current device. A difference calculation device (4) calculates a difference between the output of the direct current device and the output of the output current detection device. A pulse-width modulation device (5) outputs a pulse signal to the current supply device, with a pulse width which corresponds to the calculation result of the difference calculation device.
