The heating system has a prefabricated concrete part acting as an air-coupled thermal energy absorber. This contains tube hoses for liquid. There is also a prefabricated concrete slab connected to a heat exchange device in the building by inflow and outflow lines. There is an absorber element in the foundations through which the heat exchange liquid flows. A solid-cast absorber (28) based on the concrete slab is fitted to the building (10) at a distance (t) as a wall element (24) or as a closed or open fence element (26) and is connected to the heat exchange device (12) of the building by a pair of tube lines (18a), of which at least one is connected to the absorber element in the foundations.
