The Christmas tree has a round base (7) with a central opening (8) for the insertion of the pole (6) and a wider opening on top for the accommodation of a fixing ring (9,10), holding the lower ends of the first circle of branches (1). The branches are almost triangular shaped, to give the impression of a fir tree, some have an open center area (21) for joining the hooks of ornaments or displayed goods, others are flat and can carry painted motifs.
