A drive shaft (11) is rotated by a drive force from the engine and in turn rotates an eccentric cam (12). A cam ring (13) is slidingly fitted on an outer periphery of the eccentric cam and has a flat surface vertical to an axis of the piston. A coupling section (31) has a cylindrical side surface and a flat end surface (34). The outside of the cylindrical side surface is capable of sliding backwards and forwards in the cavity (18). An outside of the flat end surface is in slidable contact with the flat surface of the cam ring. An inside of the flat end surface is in contact with the piston for axial transmission of the drive force of the engine to the piston. The drive force is transmitted to the coupling section via the drive shaft, the eccentric cam and the cam ring.
