The test system can examine several electric parts (52 to 56), and includes a host computer (10) which evaluates test results of the electric parts, and several auxiliary processors (40) which are controlled through the host computer, and which supply the host computer with the test results. Common memories (16) are provided, in which the auxiliary processors enter data, and from which the host computer can read data. A notification unit (22) notifies the host computer if all auxiliary processors produce interrupt signals. An Independent claim is provided for a transmission method for transmitting instructions to the test system.
