A controller checks if a key (13) is activated to set up speech and image transmission. During speech transmission the controller adjusts the volume of a loudspeaker (5) and microphone (6) to a low pitch. It also adjusts volume to the same pitch during the speech-cum-image transmission function to enable a natural function.
