The blind-type facade plate consists of a window frame unit (1) containing a folding blind (3) made up of an opaque heat-insulating sector and a transparent heat-insulating sector with controlable air admission. The two blind sectors can be driven together or separately by positive belts (7) which also provide blind guidance. The transparent sector (4) is made of bilaterally reflecting slats (5) with interposed and connected transparent films as opposed to the opaque sector (3) which also consists of two zee-folded insulating films welded to the interposed auxiliary film (28). This auxiliary is made up of two films welded (29) together so their connecting line forms a strap (30) itself coated both sides to prevent any through- weld. The zee folding sector (3) is sealed to the sides of the frame (1) by a slidable soft elastic coating and the frame itself is fitted out with air slots (19) and possibly a thermo-pneumatically operated ventilating window.
